When to replace a cell phone battery?
So I've had my cell phone for almost a year and within the last 3 months or so I've had trouble charging it. I've gone thru 3 home chargers in the last few months because my dog ate one and the others haven't worked when I plugged them in to the phone. It says its fully charged when I charge it over night, but its just past noon and the low battery signal is beeping. Is it time to replace the battery or is it a charging issue?

Sounds like the battery. If the battery isn't holding a charge as long as it used to, it is probably worn out. 1 year is a short time but if you charge it alot, then that may wear it out faster. Go online and see if you can find a replacement battery. It is usually cheaper.
