How do you change the nick name under your avatar?

You edit your profile, then a screen will come up and there is an area where you click on to change your nickname and then just change it. I recently did it myself and it was pretty easy.

After you sign in to Yahoo Answers, click on the little picture (your avatar) that is next to your name at the top left of the page on the computer monitor screen, or at the top right of the page, click on the words - "My Profile".;;; Then when you get to your profile page, put you mouse arrow over the words - "Edit My Info", then click your left mouse button on "Edit My Info", Then click on name change, then preview/ok
