how do i fix my msn???

Question

well every time i log on it sends my friends a message saying something about the file and then it trys to send them the file...help how do i get rid of that and stop it

heres wat it says:
joe says:
have you ever see this picture i took of myself?
and then it shows me trying to send them the file

help first answer that works gets best answer....

and i tryed reinstalling it already and scan for spyware in safe mode...

Or web based messenger clients:

http://www.meebo.com
http://www.mingleworld.com


none of these alternatives are as exposed to virus as Live Messenger, in fact these web based messenger clients are completly virus free.
