Report THIS!?

Fill me in, people. I've been off this site since June. What is with the "report this" option on Y Answers? Is it not enough to check up on your status and find some fool disagreed with your opinion on 200 thread count sheets? With a bone chilling thumbs down? (Brrrr) Is'nt this site about opinion?

it is supposed to be used only when someone violates the community guidelines by 'chatting' 'point gaining' 'being racist' and things like that

but it is also used inappropriately by trolls who report you lots of times and then you get your account suspended

It's for when someone violates the codes of conduct- like a racist question, or tries to sell something on here, etc.

Read the rules, it explains everything.
