How do i post reviews on allearsnet.com?

I don't participate there but I wonder if they have a set up like http://disboards.com/ does where you have to have so many posts in the forums before being allowed to do other things- send PM's, insert links and photos. They do it to cut down on spammers. Like I said, I'm not active at allears, but do appreciate the website for reading.

I have had two violations reversed, one because I restated the question word for word and there fore I didn't' violate anything and the second because I states that I intended no offense however the definition of a word per Websters Dictionary was: and I quoted the dictionary again I did nothing that was against the guidelines. Both answers were reported by the person who submitted the question. Since then I am much more careful who I bother to respond to. Some people what to be validated and nothing less will do for them.
