Georgia Water Crisis?

I live in a small apartment and don't really use a lot of water. I have a Brita that I use for my drinking water that only needs to be filled once a week, I limit my showers (I don't take baths right now) and I also limit my laundry use. Are there any other things I can be doing to help out with our water crisis that I may not be thinking of?? Thanks!

If it's yellow, it's mellow. (You don't always need to flush).

Catch the water that collects when you run it to get the shower hot and use it for your houseplants or garden, if you have them. Only do full loads of laundry and in the dishwasher. Don't let the water run while you shave or brush your teeth.

Those are the biggies. Conservation is -- or should be -- a way of life in southern California.

I didn't know Georgia had a water crisis. perhaps you should stop drinking it...... or ask your local department of water works because it sounds like you live in a city. The city should have a plan for emergency water restoration and relocation so if you have any lakes near ummm don't get too attached because they may drain them for drinking water.
