of the two ..cox is definately better.

I would definately not go satelite (but it depends on which one too)...

One of the two major satelite companys is much much worse than any cable choice.

I work for a cable company myself actually (neither Cox nor Comcast!) and my choice would be Cox.

Call them and ask. And where exactly is "here"? I heard Comcast is manipulating bandwidth usage to block file sharing users to deter them from using so much bandwidth.Then there's the old JACK MY PRICE UP game...

Cable companies are awarded contracts by cities, to use the same cable lines and to keep prices down (supposedly) by offering competetion. Call Cox and find out if it's in your area.

I have had just a few problems but Cox sent out a technician to fix it fast. I also had Comcast and they sent out technicians to solve the problem also. Six in one and a half dozen in the other. Who gives you the channels you want for a lower price?
