I don't know what I pressed, but can't get my address contact list to open when trying to send mail?When I press insert addresss contacts my list doesn't open...Help

Wait until after you click on Compose, Forward or Reply. Then click on "TO" and your address book will open. Check the boxes next to the names you wish to send to, go to the top or bottom of the list and click on "Insert Checked Contacts." The address book will close and the names you selected will be in the "TO" field.
