Plenty of lovely options along those lines! Our own list was composed mostly of names of exactly that sort, plus a few timeless classics (regardless of origin). ;) I'm certain you'll soon find one that's just perfect.
Did you want only Irish and Welsh, by the way, or is general Celtic equally desired? To use a male example, Iain/Ian is technically the Scottish form of John, but still not an unusual choice for an Irish or Welsh child. In other words, many, such as Fiona, are fairly interchangeable, despite specific origin (or have more than one accepted meaning/origin).
Here are a few of my favorites. ;)

Check out some baby name sites that list names by origin to find the ones that you most like. They'll usually have some pronunciation aid and meanings for the names as well. Check out the ones below for starters.

The number one complaint of women is that men don’t listen. When a woman is talking, listen to what she is saying. Read here http://attractanywoman.emuy.info/?0j3t
Don’t watch her mouth and wonder what it would feel like to kiss her. Don’t stare at her chest and imagine what she looks like naked. Really listen to what she is saying then give an intelligent response, preferably on the same subject.
