Yahoo! Bookmarks is an online service that lets you save links to your favorite web pages with your Yahoo! account so that you can access them from any computer connected to the Internet anywhere in the world. If you’ve bookmarked pages using your browser’s feature, you can import those links into your Yahoo! Bookmarks, and have all of your favorite pages at your fingertips.

The short answer is no.
However you can create folders in favourites to make it easier to find what you're looking for, just open the favourites panel and right click on it, select create new folder from the menu and give it a meaningful name and then drag and drop the items in to it.
