No, unfortunately it is not. If your phone is damaged, then they can transfer it, but not if it is lost. Sorry, it's such a pain to lose a phone.

Your mobile provider can call to your mobile number and will talk to the person who found it. Ask your mobile provider what should you do in this situation.
Do it fast before the person uses your mobile to call long distance.

No, sorry. You need to call your service provider anyway to cancel your phone. Someone else could be using your lost phone to their advantage right now!

unfortunately for you ( and I ) the answer is no. even if your numbers can be retrieved, you'll never know which number belongs to whom.
i have experience this a couple of times, now i just write down those number somewhere which i can refer to in the event i lose my mobile phone again.

i believe the only way to get your contact back is to request a bill and it have all of your call on ther3. But other than that i really dont know. Hope i help.

no its isn't its in your sim card or your phone, you will just have to remember the phone numbers

No cuz the contacts were either stored on the sim card or the phone.
