How can i take the skin off the chickpeas?It bothers me...?

    If they are canned chickpeas then once you've rinsed them just pick over them, squeezing them out of their skins. It's really tedious but it's worth it as the skins can be tough.

    If you mean dried chickpeas, then you'll need to cook them fisrt, then skin them and add them to reheat in the finished dish.

    The skins bother me too.
