Where can I find some good ground bag drills?

Not sure of a place online, nor do I know of any actual "drills" per say.

We work ground bags in rounds during our circuits, and essentially big it up, slam it down, then change and rotate positions while continiously striking on it for 1 minute, then big it up, slam it and do it again.

We work through Side Control with elbows, hammer fists, knees, and short arm shots to the "body" and "head", then move to knee on belly, work strikes from there, to mount, work striking from there, to "guard (near bottom of bag, body, body, head type shots, hammerfists) then to the other side. Essentially working a full circle around the bag, using as many strikes as we can and mixing it up.

I am not sure of a preset pattern type of drill, we just use it as we would use a heavy bag on the ground, working various positions and striking from there as a form of conditioning and recognizing what shots you can land and the options open while striking on the ground.

Good luck, feel free to message me if you need any clarification.
