how do you save recorded programs from sky+ to PC?

    You can't. Your Pc will recognise the software on the Sky + box but the Sky+ box is encrypted therefore it would not work.

    If you have Video and audio out on the Sky+ Box you could use

    a Dazzle DVD recorder. Look it up with Google there should be one for sale on Ebay
