Why can't I play ranked games on Halo 3 with 48 trial gold membership?
Hello. Just a quick question for those of you who play Halo 3. I just used up my one month gold membership and had a 48 hour trial code. I entered it, and now all I can play are social matches and I don't get any EXP when we win. What's the deal? Anyone know? It says it's a GOLD trial. Thank you for any response.

The problem is, you're playing Halo 3. Don't play that game, it sucks..
But, seriously. You're not allowed to play Halo ranked online games with the 48 hr trial. Why? I do not know. But, if you just created your account, you should get a month, for free.

trials are a toned down version of xbox live so you do not get all the features of a xbox live member so trial is basically a demo of xbox live
