Why you get an eyelash in your eye, where does it go?

If you can't ge it out, and it dissappears round the side, where does it go? Do I have a big furball inside my head?

No there's no furball. The eyelash will always come out or your eye will start itching and going red if there's something in there thats not meant to be.

And every time you blink your eye is washed and stuff just falls out naturally. If it disappears round the side it will come out the other side.

It will at some point come out, perhaps in your sleep, so you don't realise. Apparently it is impossible to loose anything behind you eye for any real length of time, or so the optician says when I was wondering whether you can lose a contact lense behind your eye

Sounds like you do. Why you get it in there is because it falls out and u possibly rub it in to your eye. There is no way for it to pass into your skull or your brain. It eventually works its way out at the side of your eye usually when you are asleep.
