2 years ago, i bought a LG convection microwave oven. it seems ok but it doesn't heat anything up. what's wrong?
any help would be appreciated.

It could be any of these:
Short or open wiring, problem with the magnetron, power transformer or the rectifier assembly, High Voltage Capacitor, or the primary interlock switch, Temp fuse or thermal cut out.
Depending on the cost of your unit, (over $300) call a tech, or replace it.

Forgive me in advance. Buy a fuse for the plug. Open the plug. Put in the fuse. Close the plug. Try the micro, and hope for the best.

you may want to buy a new microwave, first it could be your heating coil or the therm system, but you must becareful of the radiation that is leaking from your microwave, it may be small amounts but be safe.
