before? i have been on answers for about a yr. and had over 7000 pts. and forgot my user id and alternative addy..i had to start over!!! it doesn`t really matter about the points as i enjoy the time spent, however, i would like to know how many others have had this happen?

Nope, I did however made a mistake by answering an question of someone who had lost the registration key of software he had bought. I told how he still could use it.
I also had to start over again after that ;-)
