Eliminate any water surrounding the house or near a window or door because they lay there eggs in the water or many little puddles of water. To eliminate the water get some sand and cover up the water spots this should work if it dose not then use a mosquito repellent candle I never used one before but it's worth a try.

The eggs are laid in batches of 50 to 200, either separately or glued together in small clusters.

Mosquitos lay eggs in water like ponds . so unless your house is in Louisianna, then you should be OK.
