No that isn't a rip off. You're actually lucky to find somewhere so cheap. £100 a week is about your average these days.

i'd say approximately authentic... doesnt look to step at inquisitive approximately that area of london! in fact its sounds like extremely plenty! I stay outisde London in Kent and have self belief me my out goings triple yours (1800+ a month), i'd choose for to pay £420.00 a month all lined!
