Which ski jackets are better Columbia, Spyder, Norface or Arcteryx Stingray ?
Or tell me of another brand for women that's a good ski jacket for very cold weather.

as far as fit is concerned they all cater to a different body type. that is the advantage to snowboard brands that are a bit baggier than ski clothing. I like arcteryx, Burton and TNF. my warmest jacket is a TNF component...waterproof shell with the down liner.

Personally if your a skier i would go with descente or pheonix. both make really nice ski coats for women especially for cold weather. but they are fairly expensive. If you want a brand similar to the ones you listed but cheaper than the 2 i mentioned you could try karbon. burton is another good brand if you were wanting more of a snowboarder look. out of the brands you suggested i would go with spyder or northface. hope this helped :)

northface all the way!
it all depends on how much money you are willing to spend and what your style is, spyder is a ski racing company so their jackets are built to be tighter for speed. personally i love northface because they have all the features i look for in a jacket such as powder skirts, insulation and wind proof material. Predator and bonfire also make some great jackets

Stingray I dont know. Spyder I wasent so happy, but it is already a couple of years ago I had one so Idont know really.
TheNorthFace is really good Quallite and also Arcterix is good, my favorites are Vaude and Mammut, I was never wet inside, i had never cold, even not by minus 35 degrees Celcius(I am Swiss, so Idont know fahrenheit...)

spyder is about the best you can buy if you can afford them if you buy a low end spyder jacket you can buy any brand but if you want a high end jacket go spyder but you will pay for it

The best coat I have ever had is a Couloir, but I wear a Northface while teaching which is also very good.
