Turkey Brining...?

The question is rather to season the turkey after brining?? or just roast as is...??? Is just brining the turkey sufficient flavor??

No you do not need to season the bird, if your brine has a enough aromatics. But if you want some extra flavor, you can put onions, rosemary,or any herbs inside the cavity of the bird and coat bird with canola oil and roast.

My turkey is the bomb...all I do is:

Salt and pepper liberally...inside and out

take 1 cube of butter and place pats all over it...inside and out

tent it with foil and roast...

the last 1 hour, I take off the foil so that the skin can get a golden brown.

It is always juicy, it is always beautiful!
