Second - I know this may be hard, but this is what you have to do. Make sure that there is no way he can contact you, (e.g. block him on yahoo, ignore the text etc.). If you're friends boyfriend tells you he really misses you or anything like that, wait a week and then start contacting him again. If he says anything like, "why did you do that?" just say, "well now you know how it feels!", aka show him who's boss. If he doesn't try and contact you, move on. Forget the loser, he obviously isn't worth you're time!
