How do I open web-page "full screen"?

When ever I open a web-page (such as internet exployer, Yahoo, etc) I see a minimized wndow. I have to click on the maximize button on the top right of the screen every time.

What do I need to do so it will open full screen?

I have tried double clicking the blue area at the very top, but after closing and opening again, it comes back minimized.

Thank you!

It depends on which OS and which Browser you are using. Usually you simply set the window to the required size and exit the application. Upon re-opening it, the window will stay as the size previously set by you.
