Ask your doctor if it's OK for you to start them on a just a little rice cereal when it's bed time....should help to hold them alittle longer ...you might be able to get 5 or 6 hr. sleep....but do ask your doc first /....I had to do that with one of mine. It really did work....hang in there it will gt better.

My sister-in-law and I took at class at church called prep for parenting (if you are interested in the secular version, check out the babywise link below). The video looks a little outdated, but the information is very useful. It goes over twins and multiples as well. They teach you how to get your babies to sleep through the night starting at 6 weeks. I know of 4 people who have taken the class, and all of their babies started sleeping through the night (7 hours) at 6 weeks. It basically teaches you a 3 hour schedule to start out with where you feed your baby, then keep them awake (wake time), and then let them sleep. During the night feedings, you eliminate wake time so they can start to learn the difference between day and night. Anyhow, it might be something to look into if you are interested. I put the link bellow. The Ezzo's teach the class. I hope you get some sleep soon!!! :-)

Are you nursing them? What is your diet like? Possibly gas. If formula, how much do you feed them?
