Can anyone suggest a good, but low cost, tomato red lipstick?

Question

I have yellow undertones in my skin, and I want to do red lips for a party I'm going to this weekend, so I need a good very red - probably like a tomato red - lipstick. Drugstore brands are preferable just because I know I won't use it often and don't want to pay a lot for it. I've tried CoverGirl's TruShine "Fire Shine" red, but it ended up looking too pink on me for some reason. Thanks in advance!

Try Milani lipstick. They have a really good quality, high pigment lip color for a drugstore brand. I also have yellow understones and have several of their reds. Try the following:

Mango Mambo
Energized
Chili (sheer)
Candy Apple (sheer)
Bonfire - Lip Liner for above colors

Don't judge them by what you see on your screen. As just about any color, they look different in person and on the skin. You can find Milani at Walgreens drugstores.

I like Eyes Lips Face.  You can buy their stuff online at the link below.  They got a really good write up in Glamour magazine last year, and their products are only like 1.00 each.  If you don't have time to order from them, then get a lip color with a blue undertone rather than a yellow.  They call them cool colors rather than warm colors.  Good luck...

and a really red lipstick i found was rimmel (walmart, pretty cheap)
