I would like to make my own website and have a message board on it. Free and No installations please?

hmm.. well it's not that easy to get a free domain.. there are tons of contest, surveys and posting you can do tog et a free domain. If you're just new at making website i think you should stick to simple things like having a domain or getting remotely hosted scripts( they host the script for you, all you do is maintain it)

Here are a couple of sites where you can get a free forum and a subdomain.

You don't need to know anything to maintain the forums.

You can't get domain names and web space free. You can pay a little fee each year / month and get a discussion board and more. If you already have a site, take a look at this PHP tutorial on creating a board: http://phpeasystep.com/phptu/12.html

It is hard to get a page with the features that you want for free.
