When it comes to the circular metal piece on the bottom center of the chair.?
The problem I am facing is that the chair can still be sat in if it wan't for the circular metal piece on the bottom center(under the chair). I want to know how I can cut this part of the chair off so that I can sit in it again. It is about 1-2 inches wide and about 4-5 inches in length.

Look for bolts or screws attaching the offending part. You may have to take the actual seat off to reach the fasteners. If there are no visible fasteners, a recip saw, also called a saws-all, will cut through screw or metal. Just use a blade with alot of small teeth. Good luck
