why does my Skyline stall when I rev it to 7000 RPM's?

Only Skyline owners / respond - all others will be reported

Update:

I have all the different limiting chips.

Even with the others it does this -

Possibly ECU problem?

Update 2:

I have a 8500 RPM chip in now - and it boggs bad at just before 7000RPM's

Update 3:

Okay so nobody knows -

LOL - I should have known.

5000RPM Skyline???? your on crack.

I have already had it up to 175MPH and resting easily at 4500 RPM's.

I plainly said to only answer if you KNOW

Maybe your fuel pump cannot cope,It may be worth upgrading if your running on high bhp.

Or it could be the opposite and the ECU overfueling which is common on most skyline models.

Do you have a piggy back or standalone ecu.

Try resetting the ecu also try cleaning the coil packs.or/and spray which is safe to use on these.

If your running on stock exhaust maybe your producing to much back pressure.A larger pipe maybe needed.

There's a rev limiter that cuts the engine before you damage it. 7,000 rpm is pretty high. Engine will last twice as long at 4 or 5,000.

You might try replacing the muffler bearing on the intake side.

If that doesn't work try to adjust the waffle bearing on the turbo.

Next go down to auto zone and the have new anti-BS software installed for free

Yep... the ingition cuts out because of the rev limiter.

this maybe due to under fueling which does relate to your ecu controlls
