I need usb drivers for motorola w370 cell phone so it can show up in windows xp.?
I cannot access my Motorola W370 via my pc to add pictures, music and save my phone book numbers. The pc will acknowledge that it is found via a sound but it wont show up in windows explorer or any where else that I can find on the pc to access it. Perhaps it needs a special driver or something?
Sorry folks, after investigating the motorola website and the tracfone website it appears that Motorola programs the tracfone then "locks" it with a code that only Motorola and Tracfone knows. Motorola will not release it at all -maybe, but unlikely tracfone will.
Evidently there is supposed to be an extra menu item where it allows you to access the sim card while connected to a pc. The only fix I can think of now is to save all phone contacts to the sim card and purchase a sim card reader. That way you can add music, pictures, and games to it and also backup the phone list to the pc.

i have the tracfone ver of the motorola w370. even with the proper driver you can't get it to install. i have found the driver through yahoo answer, but no luck. don't buy the mobile phone tools even off the internet. it isn't compatable with this phone. i am having the same problem. if you resolve this please let me know how?

Look for a program called Mororola Phone Tools.

all you need is a program that allows you to transfer info from your phone unto your PC.
you can get the CD on any electronics store.
