Is this possible? (period question)?

If you just finished with your period, then 3 days pass and you take a birth control pill for your first and only time, is it possible that the next week you get your period?

Just about anything is possible when you're talking about hormones. Birth control pills can and will often mess with your period-the length, time, intensity, etc.

One time I had my period for the entire month! Be glad that isn't happening to you! =]

However, if it's bothering you or you're concerned, you should call your doctor, and see what they have to say about it. I really don't think there's anything to be worried about, but it would ease your mind.

    Good Luck!

It might be some break through bleeding or something. I highly doubt that you could go through an entire cycle which usually takes about 28 days if not more to complete in 10. If you are really concerned go and talk to your gyno

Yes when you first start taking birth control it will mess your whole system up before it gets it on track.

Call your doctor. There can be some spotting until you get a few months of pills in you... but just call to be sure.
