I have a isuzu troopeer that does not have power to the ignition but has it at the starter?
I went thought all that and have come to a dead end as far as that. But is there some place on line that has wiring schematics

The first thing that I would do is check the ignition fuse to make sure that it isn't blown. When you turn the key on check the ignition wire on the starter solenoid. You should get power to that one when the key is on.

It probably has a burned fusible link, which is a part of the wiring harness. They can be replaced. Lightly tug on the small wires coming off the starter from the same post that the battery cable is hooked to. If one of them seems to stretch, then it is most likely the culprit. The other place they might be located is from the battery or junction point in the harness. These should be fairly close to the battery. Only use the proper links to replace it with. They should be available at your local parts store, listed by application.
