I think its basically only an hour or maybe two before unrefrigerated formula starts to spoil/grow bacteria. If its from powder, an hour is the max.

Also no more than an hour if the baby has already been drinking from the bottle because of bacteria from their mouth.

Two hours if just mixed, and just one hour if the baby has already started feeding (saliva will contaminate and there is more bacteria to grow so the formula will not last as long). But I think you can refridgerate it for a couple days. And to "do your own thinking" You must be some kid just out to harrass people, but just to clear things up, formula was originaly made for mothers who for some reason do not produse milk, or their baby's tummy cannot handle it, like my son, or if the mother takes medication that will be passed to baby through the milk. I'm sorry that you have not been educated enough to know this and I'm glad I could help. That goes to you too "my baby is cuter than yours"

My sister used the concentrated formula from a can and every night she mixed it with boiling water and portioned it into bottles for the next day and kept them in the fridge. Her baby is alive and very healthy so I think you can keep them in a fridge all day.

As for the rude comments, some people cannot breast feed, my sister's baby was allergic to breast milk and would have died if she did not feed her formula!! You people should be ashamed for judging people like that and I agree you should be banned!!

if baby has already drank from the bottle then 2 hours, not that the milk will spoil that quick, but bacteria from the baby's saliva will start growing in the formula.

1 to 2 hours when freshly made up, 1 hour if baby has already had some of the bottle, and up to 24 hours if made up fresh then put straight in to the fridge. dont keep them in the fridge door though as its not cold enough and bacteria could grow in it.

hell honey im a guy and i know if you keep milk for a baby out for ( 2 ) two hours you need to throw it out and get fresh, any time you leave a bottle or glass of milk out longer then ( 2 ) hours it needs thrown away.

Use reconstituted feeding within max 1 hour after preparation.

    One to two hours.

And yes, ignore the person who made the rude comment. Good luck with your new baby! :-)

the maximum is four hours. if it will not be consumed around that time, its recommended that you refrigerate it. It can stay longer (24 hours) if refrigerated. It also depends on the weather, if its hot it spoils faster, but it can stay for four hours (or maybe longer ) if its cold.
