No. When people ask me if I'm alright and I'm not, my automatic response is "Yeah, I'm fine, I'm just tired."
I got into that habit because my mom used to always ask...now she doesn't bother.

Yes, and too much so. People cringe when they know they have to give me bad news. I wish I could be level-headed and calm.
