Ask her what's wrong and depending upon how close you are hold her and console her or try to cheer her up. I don't know anybody who would leave and never speak to her again...where did that come from?
If she's your friend's girl, wife or is married - definitely skip the holding part. That's a no-no and is asking for heaps of trouble.

lol i hope most people say too console her. it would be so mean and disrespecful to leave.
