    Standard 12 man team

PG: John Stockton-Steve Nash has averaged his type of numbers for maybe 2 years, he did it for more than a decade.

SG: Jerry West- Why did so many people forget him? The NBA's likeness of him isn't worth nothing you know!

SF: Rick Barry- One of the most prolific scorers ever managing to be the only player in the history of the NBA to lead in scoring in the NBA, NCAA, and even the ABA.

PF: Larry Bird- My favorite player all time, I even wear his jersey number in honor of him since I play his style, arrogantly and can back it up. He can play better than Dirk Nowitzki I bet at this hybrid-power foward position where he could knock down 3's and play low post. He got 10 rpg a night at SF so I wonder what he'd do at PF.

C: George Mikan- He could be a great intimidater on the floor and he would complete my team.

Bench (I couldn't leave them out!)

    6. Dave Cowens- He was not very flashy, but if I were his coach I'd know day in and day out that he would deliver always playing at a high level. He could get boards like crazy and posted a double double for his career with 17.6 ppg and 13.5 rpg.

    7. Bob Cousy- He is one of the greatest among the greatest. He was the houdini of basketball and was the start of a proud tradition in Boston along with Bill Russel who dominated the 60's.

    8. Pete Maravich- Pistol Pete would be a great starter but I have enough scoring out there so I'm putting him on the bench to score 12-15 ppg.

    9. Billy Cunningham- I have always played fiercely even in pick up games, he makes my team because of his hustle and his will to win.

    10. Bob Petit- he was a great scorer but what struck me when I saw his career stats was his rebounds, he averaged 16+ rebounds a game! He is only 6'9 and a skinny guy at 215 lbs but I bet his hustle made him great on the boards.

    11. Bill Walton- He averaged a ton of rebounds but I loved his spark to go to great lengths to win a game, I am sort of like that and will kill myself just to get a basket. Kevin Mchale- He ain't much of a coach but he was a great player. He makes my roster but only to come off the bench with energy.

    12. Kevin Mchale- He ain't much of a coach but he was a great player. He makes my roster but only to come off the bench with energy.

    Close but no dice

    1. Dirk Nowitzki- He is good but he isn't physical enough to be of use to me

    2. Steve Nash- He is flashy but I don't expecially like flashy and plus he only plays one side of the ball.

    3. Dave Busschere- He was a great physical guy but I have enough rebounding, if anything I need more guards.
