Can somebody correct my grammar?
Lacey is a 21 year old model from Melbourne, Victoria. She was featured in Miss Hawaiian Tropicana, inside sport, Cosmopolitan model search, and Best Model Australia 2006. She was 1st runner up in Best Model Australia 07. She has also been featured in Zoo magazine, Ralph magazine.

Last sentence - how about 'She has also been featured in Zoo and Ralph magazines.'
Also to be technical you should spell out #'s e.g., twenty-one, first, 2007.

You just need to capitalize Inside Sport and put an and between the two mags in the last sentence.

yes but if you look closely in addition to those correction when abbreviating year, you need to put an apostrophe in front of the last two numbers: 2007 becomes '07
