Yes, it's great, or it was when I was stationed at Fort Knox.

It has a bookstore with video booths and a hotel attached to it.

It is safe as long as you wear a condom or your partner wears a condom. I was always paranoid about undercover MPs though. It's almost 40 Miles from post but that didn't make me feel any better.

Louisville Manor is a hotel with an adult bookstore that rents rooms by the hour. It is where straight people go for midday hookups. It is not particularly gay friendly and a woman was murdered there earlier this year.
