Privacy?? Help!!!!!!?
If we appear in someones video, and then refuse to give consent for them to present the video with us in it, can they still submitt it, or is it a breach of privacy?

It would depend on the setting. If you are walking around in public, you are fair game. If you are in a private place and posing for a Girls Gone Wild video, you have to give your permission for your image to be used.

You would probably have to have some protection thru copyright or trademark applications.
Check with the www.uspto to see what they say.
