Cement curing......How long?
I have had some cement repair jobs done for cracks in the outside walls of my house ,how long is one supposed to keep these newly cemented areas moist ,it used to be said that three weeks is ideal,does it still hold good.Thanks for helpful suggestions.

It is best to keep it moist for a week. It will not harm anything keeping it moist for three weeks though.

Normally concrete cures in 72hrs.
Unless the instructions call for keeping it moist, you don't have to.

you dont need to wait that long for a patch job...a day or so and its set...
