I have a computer with a 1.50 Pent 4 Processor and dial up Would Conn. be faster with AMD 64 X 2 Proc.?

If I bought a New Computer with a AMD 64 X 2 5600 Processor would My connection speed to Internet be any faster ?

    No. Upgrading your PC will not make your internet connection any faster

    your internet connection will still be the same but you can open web pages slightly faster..
