If your medication is constricting your appetite to the point where you feel your undereating, you should probably talk to your parents and doctors about

A: adjusting your dosage to see if a lesser dose could help you concentrate without such suppression of appetite, or

B: Adjusting the times you take the medication, so you could say, have a big breakfast or dinner when the medication wears off.

You are in the period where physically you should be having hte most growth, and starving yourself during this time is not a good idea. At the very least, you probably should consider not taking it on days when you don't have school.

    My guess?

You do NOT have ADD. It is prescribed wrong 90% of the time.

Skip the meds, and LEARN how to listen.

Drugs are bad.....even when they are prescribed for you.
