Anyone have a technique for making a philly style bread?

    if THIS IS WHAT YOU WANT, WHY NOT TRY AND MAKE A POT BREAD.

    POT BREAD

    8 CUPS FLOUR (1kg)

    2tsp SALT

    6SPOONS SUGAR

    BEAT 2 EGGS

    150GRAMS MARGERINE

    300ML LUKE WARM MILK

    250ML LUKE WARM WATER

    1 SPOON VINEGAR

    100GRAMS YEAST

    MIX TOGETHER

    KNEAD WELL AND LET IT RISE, SMEAR POT WITH OIL, BAKE AT 140/180. PLUS MINUS 45MINUTES. TAKE OUT AND SMEAR WITH MARGERINE.
