i need a good quality horse?

I want a good quality horse for recreational purposes. do any of you know where to get one in the fresno area. I have a $1500 bodget to work with. it should be big too

i know it gets expensive. my parents are going to buy the food and the medicine and n-e thing else it would need i just have to pick it out and it has to be 1500 or less.

    Thats the cheapest part is buying the horse, even if the horse is say 2000, everything gets more expensive after that...
