difference with all purpose flour and all purpose seasoned flour?
Hi,
What's the difference between all purpose flour and all purpose seasoned flour? Does it mean that all purpose seasoned flour can't be used as an ingredient to make bread/pancakes since it's seasoned?
Thanks :)

Seasoned all-purpose flour has had salt, pepper and other spices/seasonings added to it and is usually used to dredge meat in before frying, roasting or baking - it is not good to use in baked products such as cakes, bread, pies or for making pancakes or waffles; for that you want to use plain all-purpose flour.

You probably don't want to use seasoned flour for bread/pancakes. It has seasoning( ranging from salt to spices) in it so it could change the flavor of the bread/pancakes immensely. Seasoned flour is usually used for frying foods, not baking.
