My dog jeeps sneezing, what does this mean?

Just yesterday he started sneezing a bunch, and about every 5 minutes he sneezes 5 times in a row. Any ideas?

Take him to the vet and have the vet check inside his nose to see if he might have anything in his nose.

If the dog is sneezing about every 5 minutes, it is more likely that he has something in his nose than allergies, he could have a blade of grass in his nose.

He's probably allergic to something. If he has been outside it is possible he came across a weed that made him sneeze. Or if you are using different products such as: lotion, laundry detergent, household cleaners, perfume, etc. If it develops into something else like a rash or bumps under the skin then take him to the vet.

It could be allergies. We have only been in Oklahoma for little over a year and believe it or not our doggies have developed allergies. Benedryl is okay to give your dog and that has worked really well for ours. I did take one of our dogs to the vet and they had to give him a cordisone shot that lasts up to 3 months and the vet told me at that time that Benedryl works good too and doesn't hurt them. I give them 1-2 pills in the morning and then 1-2 pills at night, but only during allergy season. And at least with my doggies, I have to disquise in cheese or meat for them to take it. Liquid Benedryl would work too.

I agree with bear, the dog may have gotten a blade of grass up his nose or something else. Please take the dog to the vet and have him checked.
