Extreme Makeover: Home Edition 100th Episode Question?

I watched the 100th episode earlier tonight and was wondering if anyone knows what happened to the ****** who murdered the mother and her boyfriend. Hopefully he's already burning in hell.

Update:

I hate to answer my own question...but my sister just called me and gave me the link to the answer.

It turns out this guy is serving two life terms in jail with no parole. If he were here in Texas, he'd already be dead.
