i would guess your chances are pretty good...of course, it's hard to tell how many people were interviewed...but i'm guessing not many to that level.

maybe the next couple days you'll see how things shake up...but with that level of interview procedure, i'd say you have an excellent shot.

You're right, the holiday probably got in the way of The Call. You can give your primary interviewer a call and ask how the selection process is going or shoot someone an email Thank You that has a very subtle prompt. Play it cool, though.

Didn't they make it clear to you when you would hear from them after the most recent interview? If not, then maybe this isn't the kind of place where you want to work! That's standard interview protocol. May be a symptom of how they conduct their business.

That being said - most places make a decion on you after 2 interviews, so I would say that 3 interviews sounds like a good sign.
