Neither.
iPhone is not described very differently in reviews. I have used it number of times and it is a poor phone. It's the most innovative phone I have used, but not the best phone. It still need improvement, such as the volume on the phone, speaker volume, etc.
iPod Touch is simply expensive for very little memory. Wi-Fi? Where else can you get a signal but your home and your home probably have a computer available. So, I see no point in having that.
