What's the second longest answer you cannot give this question?

Why would I give the second longest answer? I can give you the longest first answer and then I wouldn't waste my time writing and thinking of a second answer. You know what I mean. Cause then I would have to sit here and think twice as hard about crap that I don't even wanna think about in the first place. I am just saying the logic of this is rather silly, I will punch you, someday.

I guess I wouldn't be able to answer since you said "CAN NOT" give to this question. therefore I canot answer a question that is not realy seeking answers also you stated the second longest answer..so why would the longnest answer win if you want the 2nd longest answer??
